  Katie the Home Investment lending Manager was amazing to deal with. We needed fast home loan confirmation. I called the national call center, got a message machine and called 2 other branches and left messages. I left a message here and emailed Katie and she was back to me within minutes, made an appointment for the same day and returned a conditional loan approval right on 5pm. All in one day and a Friday at that. Katie has been phenomenal to deal with since, while 6 days later some branches haven't even called back yet.
  
  I note another review saying they don't have a branch number, I found all details by google search ANZ Kirwan and got their number and Katies email.

  3 people standing around asking if they can help?? Absolutely you can help by having more staff on the tellers booths serving customers the poor woman on the only tellers booth being staffed deserves a medal, she was run of her feet while the other staff were standing around with a clip board, with big bank profits customers deserve better service not everyone can use online banking

  I needed to go into the Kirwan ANZ bank today, just to ask a question about giving authority for money to be taken from my new account, I was sat down with a lovely lady named Stella, she was friendly, bubbly and upbeat from the get go, she asked questions about my lifestyle to really figure out what was best suited for me along with additional information which I wasn’t aware was even possible. She knew what she was talking about and gave me a lot of useful tips plus upon leaving gave me a business card and said to contact her If I had questions. I was absolutely amazed because this is some of the best customer service I had received in very long time.
  
  I was expecting them to answer my question and push me out the door as I have experienced with a different bank, but was very happily surprised she took the time to figure out how else she could help and I would like to send my appreciation. Thank you.

  Advised one day they had an ability to take a cheque. Advised the next day, after the cheque had been written and processed through regulated trust accounting records, that they could not take the cheque...

  Long wait time, big queue of people waiting, plenary of staff but only one person on the teller. The rest just walking around asking if you are ok. Put in more tellers. Poor branch design and missing the customer service mark.
