  Got a whopper cheese yesterday. The burger was so bland and had no flavour. Literally so disgusting and for some reason the pickles tasted different, I am pre sure that it was expired. The burgers honestly need to be made with more care. I would not mind waiting a couple extra minutes if it means I am getting a good burger.

  The service for done in today was incredibly slow, until the Manager came out and asked staff what was going on. All of a sudden food started appearing and being served to waiting customers.

  This is how they gave me a medium chips ! I was in drive through and they were so rude at me . I don’t know why this staff are so rude to customers. Very disappointed about the staff . Specially the restaurant manager; cause some chips dropped on the floor and they were not even refilled my meal . Justthey were just throw it away from the window (I was in drive-through)

  Placed an order and on receipt the chicken wrap looked like it had been thrown together without any thought, basically inedible as a wrap. The duty manager did arrange for it to be remade but then came out with the incorrect choice of chicken in it. Some of the staff appeared to be either insure or uncaring of their actual role + and it wasn't overly busy so workload could not be an excuse
