  Very fast but staff appeared rushed and sick of dealing with patients. In particular when I explained that I didn't know why I was conducting a swab test or where to swab, I received a "I don't know then" and was handed the test regardless. The implication was that I should just go swab "something" and get it over with. Unimpressive.

  Beautifully kind nurse, she was funny, and made me feel perfectly at ease with the blood test and swabs I had to do. 10/10 would come again. Lovely tall lady with blonde hair and a gorgeous smile!

  Very poor attitude and customer service from one of the pathology workers. Wont be returning to this venue

  My partner and I turned up to Deeragun venue to find out it was indefinitely closed, we were forced to travel 20 minutes to this venue arrive 15 minutes for closing time. Told by the collection team they don't do blood tests in the last 15 minutes because bloods take 10 minutes to spin and they don't get paid over time. I explained one of our tests was important and needed to have today explaining our situation. A Little confused by the "I like to go home on time" comment, made us feel a little like an inconvenience. Another collector came out and offered to do my test. Super nice, very quick and efficient. Made us happy it all worked after the mess around with the other store. Only suggestion is, you should put up signs that you stop taking bloods 15 minutes before closed.
