  The ladies were very helpful, there was a good choice of dresses and I picked out a few to try with a little help from Jodi in sizing and zipping up I found a lovely dress for a cocktail party. Thank you In Touch Boutique.

  I normally loathe clothes shopping & like to get in & out as painlessly as possible, so I was dreading buying a ball gown.
  The 2 x Ladies at In Touch Boutique went above & beyond to qualify what I needed quickly & then proceeded to pick out 4 x amazing outfits, that fitted perfectly & looked outstanding!
  I had a fantastic night, felt like a Queen & so many comments in how amazing the dress was (reasonably priced too).
  I’ll be bringing my partner’s daughter down for her formal dress selection now, so she can experience the same.
  The only part that was hard, was choosing which dress to buy.
  Even better that it was a local business I supported.

  Jodie was absolutely amazing and helped us find the perfect dress no matter how many she had to put back because of our pickiness! The most beautiful ladies and amazing customer service, definitely dedicated to finding the perfect style, colour and fit for any occasion!

  I must confess I have not felt so angry and upset for quite some time. I am VERY disappointed in the conduct and choices of stuff at InTouch Boutique.
  
  I am a person who uses a wheelchair, and I was unable to use their change rooms to try on outfits,
  
  I was able to bring an outfit home to try on and return within 7 days (as per policy).
  
  The policy also states that customers are able to get a credit but not a refund,
  
  I understand this in one sense however, I asked them to please give exception, due to lack of accessibility.
  
  It was agreed that they would do it, providing there were no marks or stains or damage.
  
  I assured them that this was the case, returned the item.
  
  The dress was taken to the back changing room area and upon the assistants return, I was told that I could get the refund but she just needed to "work out how to do it"
  
  She suggested that she call me back and we could do it over the phone.
  
  Lo and behold, I get a phone call some 2 hours later to be told that suddenly there are stains on the dress and in fact not only will I not get a refund but I won't even get a store credit!!!
  
  I am extremely upset because it's not as much the refund or the store credit, as it is about the fact that there was nothing on that dress when it left my house.
  
  I don't know why there are marks there (that by the way I can't see) but I did not do that!
  
  Shame on you in touch Boutique
